Monitoring and control functionality at a fraction of the cost of most SCADA systems. Secured Accesibility via LAN, WAN, Internet, telephone line, or a direct pc connection.

SCM 2500 XRD
Sreaming Current Monitor

Standard instrument for helping plant operators optimize coagulant dosage. Plant "upsets" are minimized as the SCM provides immediate alarms if coagulant feed is not correct. This is crucial in meeting the EPA turbidity "spike" regulations.

SCC 3500 XRD
Streaming Current Controller

The Streaming Current Controller has the same functionality as the SCM 2550 XRD, but the SCC 3500 has PID controller capabilities to automatically adjust coagulant feed pump output.

PCS 5500 XRD
Polymer Control System

Centrifuge and belt filter presses normally use polymer to increase cake dryness and reduce disposal costs. The PCS 5500 XRD is designed to handle the more stringent requirements of this application. Instrument costs are usually recovered in just a few months through reduced polymer costs, lower handling/disposal costs, and less solids recycle.

PC 2400 D
Particle Counter

It is a scientific fact that for particles larger than 2 microns, light blocking Particle Counters are over 100 times more sensitive than light scattering nephelometers. Although the EPA turbidity regulations are based on 90 degree light scattering nephelometers, the Particle Counter can provide an early warning that turbidity excursions are imminent.

PC 2400 PS
Portable Grab Sampler

The PC 2400 PS Particle Counter provides the user unequaled flexibility. The instrument operates as a Grab-Sampler for analysis of individual samples, and in continuous, On-Line mode for real-time process monitoring.

PM 2500 XRD
Particle Monitor

The Particle Monitor is a type of turbidimeter that uses the "light fluctuation" technique, a unique variation of the Particle Counter
light blocking methodology. Sensitivity to Crypto-size particles is over 100X that of light scattering turbidimeters. Also, particles less
than 2 micron are detected by the Particle Monitor. Sensitive, simple, low maintenance, and less expensive than turbidimeters.

ECT 9800
Electrokinetic Charge Titrator

The Electrokinetic Charge Titrator (ECT) is an online charge analyzer and automatic titrator. The charge and charge demand can be quantified for 3 sample lines up to 4% consistency. This instrument is used to determine wet-end charge trends, as well as the effects of various additives on system charge. Therefore, the ECT is a useful tool for assessing and improving process efficiency.

ECA 2100
Electrokinetic Charge Analyzer

The ECA gives quantitative information about; the compatibility of furnish with chemical addtives, quantity of anionic trash, and the dosage of wet end chemicals. All of which help maximize fiber and filler retention, eliminate deleterious matter in whitewater, and improve machine runnability.

CCA 3100
Coagulant Charge Analyzer

The Coagulant Charge Analyzer uses a fast, simple, titration procedure to correlate "best jar" with a quantified, repeatable charge value resulting in optimized plant performance. Once this correlation is established, jar tests usually become less frequent, or unnecessary.
